Bright, friendly and well-tended garden maisonette apartment with sea views, approximately 100 meters from the beach in Anzio Lavinio, 45 Km south of Rome suitable for up to 6 people.

“CASA LAVINIA” (90 sqm) is a cosy and spacious duplex garden apartment with  Sea view, independent entrance, 3 bedrooms (6 sleeps), 2 bathrooms and garage only 50 m from the white sandy beaches of Anzio (free or equipped with parasols, sun beds, restaurants, snack bars) and is  ideal for families that love sea life in a relaxed atmosphere. The house is located in a quiet residential area approx. 7 km from the lively central of Anzio, 5 min walk to the small centre of Lavinio with its open air restaurants, pizza house, shops and live music concerts in summer and 5 km from the train station to ROME.

On the ground floor there is a bright and friendly living room with TV, the well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer, oven, washing machine, etc. and a guests toilet. The living room has direct access to the terrace  and to the garden where you can relax, read a good book or enjoy delicious Italian open air meals prepared on the out door barbecue or take a refreshment to the 2 min walk distant beach. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and access to a balcony, a small room for children with a floor bed and another bedroom with 2 beds and access to the balcony with Sea view, as well a spacious, nice bathroom with shower. The house is ideal for 6 people (2 children), that loves sea life in a familiar,  relaxed atmosphere.

The two fashionable Mediterranean towns and sea resorts of ANZIO and NETTUNO with their lively life, tourist and fishing ports, shaded “piazzas”, many shops, old churches, open air restaurants and coffee shops are approx. 4-5 km from the house. The happy geographical location of Anzio at the doorstep of ROME enables you to explore the Capital and the Vatican City with their immense cultural wealth and art masterpieces. Many other attractive points are within reach: Popes’ Palace at Castelli Romani, the fountains of Villa d’Este at Tivoli, the Island of Ponza with its splendid protected marine park, Naples and Pompei etc. The area with its pinion-forests and the coast landscape offers a high  recreational value and sporting activities: golf, tennis, horse riding, fishing, wind surf are available in Anzio and the surrounding.  Anzio  has a good train connection to Rome, that brings you in 50 minutes in the centre of the city and from there you can use all metro and bus connections to discover the city.

**Additional costs for energy, water, gas, bed linen: Euro 30,- per persons and week. Final cleaning Euro 100,-. Heating Euro 120,- per week. Terms and conditions: RENTAL PERIOD: weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay one week, in July and August 2 weeks. At the booking there is a down payment of 50% to be done by bank transfer. The rest of 50% are to be paid at house delivery up on arrival in Anzio together with the cautional deposit of Euro 300,-.   CLEANING: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for four hours of normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your holiday to the last moment. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed and dusted. Please remember you are renting a private home, treat it the way you want us to treat your home.
