The apartment can be rented by one or 2 families and is suitable from 4 to 12 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 livingrooms, 2 kitchens and huge beach front terrace (250 sqm). The property was compleately refurbished, has new kitchens, electric blinds and air conditioning.Shopping, restaurants, farmacy and the train station are within walking distance. The down town of Anzio with the harbour and the promenade is only 1 km distant from the house. There is hourly a direct train connection to Rome (approx 45 km).

Additional costs for electricity, water, gas, bed linen: Euro 30,- per persons and week. Air conditioning or heating Euro 50,- per apartment and week.  Final cleaning apartment A Euro 150,- and apartment B euro 120,-. Terms and conditions: RENTAL PERIOD: weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay one week, in July and August 2 weeks. At the booking there is a down payment of 50% to be done by bank transfer. The rest of 50% are to be paid at house delivery up on arrival in Anzio together with the cautional deposit of Euro 300,- for flat A and Euro 250,- for flat B.
