Two separated new and modern attached Townhouses (100 sqm each) with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terraces 60 sqm with bbq, small garden, sea view in quiet location only 50 meters from the sandy beach at Lido di Lavinio Enea, 45 Km south of Rome. The houses was completed in 2010 and comfortably furnished. The 2 units can be rented separately for up to 6 people or together for up 12 people.
On the ground floor , there is a bright and modern living dining area with access to a terrace with sea views and the kitchen with access to a spacious terrace with barbecue. The very convenient location of the Villa Miramar enables an almost car-free holiday, because the beach, shops, bars, outdoor cafés, pizzerias and restaurants are just minutes away on foot. Wednesday it is near a farmer's market with delicious fresh fruits and vegetables. The station of Lavinio (5 km) there is a regular bus service, as well as to city and port of Anzio (6 ​​km). From Lavinio train station every hour a convenient train for day trips to Rome or other interesting tourist destinations. Villa Miramar is an ideal holiday destination with Mediterranean flair in a typical Italian town.

Additional costs for electrcity, water, gas, bed linen: Euro 30,- per persons and week. Final cleaning per unit Euro 120,-. Terms and conditions: RENTAL PERIOD: weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay one week, in July and August 2 weeks. At the booking there is a down payment of 50% to be done by bank transfer. The rest of 50% are to be paid at house delivery up on arrival in Anzio together with the cautional deposit of Euro 300,- per unit.
