VILLA PATRIZIA is an enchanting Sea Front corner town house with private pool, situated in Anzio, a very lively and fashionable sea resort at the doorstep of Rome. The capital is at only 45 minutes drive. The Villa is located in a green residential area dominating the sea shore, and from the terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the glittering and seducing Mediterranean Sea waters. The Villas private garden is fenced-in and surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants. The large shaded patio, furnished with a brick barbecue and with garden tables and chairs, enables you to enjoy open air meals. Sun beds and a parasol are placed in the sun deck by the pool for you to sunbathe in total relaxation. VILLA PATRIZIA is a cheerful two floor villa, tastefully furnished with comfortable, brand new modern fittings. It is just a few steps away from the staircase that will take you down to the long sunny and sandy beaches below the villa, a condition that enables you to live in your bathing costume all day long in total freedom. Here you have the choice between the free beach, and fully equipped beaches, (with parasols, sun beds and beach chairs, as well as hot and cold showers, WCs, as well as a cafeteria where you can order your day-fresh sea food lunch. The house has a modern living room with TV and sleeping couch for 2 people, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower (one outside by the pool). Supermarket, shops and restaurants are within walking distance ( 3-400 m). The train station to Rome is about 2 km and the lively centre of Anzio with the sport and fishing port is only 4 km distant from the house. |

*Additional costs for energy, water, gas, bed linen: Euro 30,- per persons and week, swimmingpool service from June to September Euro 50,- per week. Final cleaning Euro 100,-. Terms and conditions: RENTAL PERIOD: weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay one week, in July and August 2 weeks. At the booking there is a down payment of 50% to be done by bank transfer. The rest of 50% are to be paid at house delivery up on arrival in Anzio together with the cautional deposit of Euro 250,-. |
