Villa Rebeca is located very quiet but close to all amenities within walking distance to the white sandy beach of Lavinio (300m), shops, restaurants and bars. This fabulous and very comfortable Villa (200 sq.) has 2 separates flats each with its own lounge-dinner with fire place, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (ground floor) and 2 at the first floor and offers space for up 10 people. Very tastefully Italian style decorated the Villa was newly completely repainted and is in perfect conditions. The huge Mediterranean garden (1000 sq.) with lemon trees, magnolia, bounganvilla and jasmine flowers, the roman style pool ( 9x4) and the shaded pergola with bbq invites its guests to enjoy very relaxing moments.
The ground floor apartment ( 100 sq.) has a comfortable lounge with fire place and access to the huge covered, shaded patio, to the garden and to the pool. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a en-Suite bathroom, a second bedroom with double bed and one with single bed. There is also a second bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen with access to the garden and to the pergola with bbq. This very spacious ground floor apartment is suitable for 5 people.
The second apartment (ca. 80 sq.) is completely separate with external stairs. It has a lounge with fire place and access to the very well equipped new kitchen with balcony, 2 bedrooms with double beds plus a single bed (5 sleeps), have access to the sunny balcony with view to the garden and to the pool and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with tube.
Villa Rebeca is the perfect holiday home for groups up to 10 people or for 2 families with children. The very good position of the villa close to the beach, to the town centre of Lavinio with its shops, restaurants, bars and music concerts in the summer time (July, August) enables nearly a car less holiday. To the city of Anzio and the harbour there are 6 km and to the train station 4 km and there are good bus connection’s. From Lavinio train station there is a hourly train departure to Rome for viewing trips to the “Eternal City”
